In just two years, our OTD – Phoenix Metro program will equip and prepare you to be the change you want to see in your community. Over the course of the program, you’ll experience online learning, hands-on lab immersions just minutes from downtown Phoenix, and fieldwork placements that are meant to expose you to the real impact of the work you’ll do post-graduation. Our esteemed faculty and staff are here to support you every step of the way. You’ll be well-prepared to sit for the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam, to enter the workforce confidently, and to contribute to the advancement of the field.
70% Online Coursework with 30% in-person Lab Immersions at SCU’s Phoenix Metro Campus in Year 1 and 100% experiential in Year 2 with Capstone & Fieldwork placement
Application Deadlines:
June 6, 2025 for September 2, 2025 Start
Admissions Requirements:
- U.S. bachelor’s degree or higher from a regionally accredited college or university with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Completion of Core Science and General Prerequisites
- Completion of personal statement through OTCAS
- Admissions Committee interview
No GRE, Observation Hours, or Letters of Recommendation required
